गुरुर्गुरुतमो धाम सत्यः सत्यपराक्रमः ।
निमिषोऽनिमिषः स्रग्वी वाचस्पतिरुदारधीः ॥ २३॥

Gurur Gurutamo Dhāma Satyaḥ Satyaparākramaḥ ।
Nimiṣo’nimiṣaḥ Sragvī Vācaspatir Udāradhīḥ ॥ 23 ॥

He is the Supreme Guru, the greatest of all teachers, and the source of divine radiance. He is truth itself and valiant in upholding it. He both rests and remains ever watchful, ever adorned with a divine garland. He is the Lord of speech and possesses a vast, noble intellect.
